Each year, hundreds of wines are submitted by wineries from the Swan Valley and the Greater Perth region.
Presented by the Swan Valley Winemakers, this event provides an opportunity for winemakers to benchmark their wines against each other to encourage striving for excellence in winemaking practices.
A record number of 272 wines were entered into this year’s show, and 35 gold medals were awarded, a reflection of the high standard of wines submitted.
Vino Volta won the City of Swan Trophy, given to the exhibitor whose five or more entries gained the highest average score.
Mandoon Estate won the Most Successful Producer Trophy for the highest accumulated points overall.
