Gift cards can be purchased in custom amounts ranging from $5 to $1000.

Digital gift cards can be redeemed throughout the Swan Valley's many wineries, breweries, distilleries, retail outlets, cafes, accommodation providers and attractions, as well as used online.

Whilst we transition to fully digital, there are some remaining physical gift cards that will continue to work until their expiry.

About Digital Gift Cards

Swan Valley Digital Gift Cards can be purchased through our Digital Gift Card Partner, Special.

What are the ways for a sender to send a Swan Valley gift card?:

Via SMS (requires a mobile number)
Via Email.

Once an SMS or Email is received, the recipient will need to click the link from the email or SMS to claim or activate the card.

Once claimed, the recipient will be prompted to sign up to Special (Gift Card Provider). If the recipient does not have an account from Special, they will be directed to App store or Google Wallet to download the App.

Terms and Conditions

If the Card is not redeemed before the expiry date of 5 years, a new Gift Card will be issued. No additional fees after activation.
Once activated, the Swan Valley Gift Card is redeemable in-store and online throughout the Swan Valley and Guildford.
Cards are not redeemable for cash, not able to be reloaded and may be partially redeemed.
Once the Digital Gift Card has been redeemed (in part or in full) the cancellation policy will revert to that of the vendor (business, shop, tour operator, or accommodation provider). Please carefully read their Terms and Conditions before committing to the purchase.
The Swan Valley Visitors Centre is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards.
