If you’re looking for a fun night out with great tunes and a friendly atmosphere, it’s hard to go past The Woody, which offers live music every Friday and Saturday.

Housed inside a lovingly maintained 1902 federation-style building, the Woody looks quaint on the outside, yet within beats the heart of a fresh, contemporary pub bistro offering a big, modestly-priced menu catering to all appetites and budgets.

Decorated with vintage pub signs – there’s even an old red telephone box – the bar offers a choice of 20 different beers, including the pub’s own brew.

If it’s local vibe you’re after, a visit to The Woody won’t disappoint. The beer garden out front stays cool even on the hottest days courtesy of an effective misting system, and you can choose to eat inside or out.

Please note

  • Pets welcome in the Beer Garden area
  • Open daily including public holidays except Good Friday and Christmas Day
  • Live music Friday and Saturday from 8pm to 11pm
