A unique heritage farmhouse, this lovingly restored mudbrick cottage was one of the first homes built in the area. Today it offers cosy, private self-contained accommodation surrounded by native and cottage gardens on a picturesque 4 hectare farming property in the heart of the Swan Valley.

Located only 30 minutes’ drive from the centre of Perth and 20 minutes’ drive from either terminal of Perth Airport, the estate is home to a flock of dorper sheep, cows, chooks, ducks and other farm animals, all supervised by Shilo the border collie.

Centrally located to the Swan Valley’s many wineries and attractions and built around 1860, the cottage offers privacy and a romantic setting with modern conveniences and panoramic views of the magnificent Darling Ranges and neighbouring vineyards.

In winter, snuggle up in front of the open fire with a glass of red wine. In warmer months, relax out on the open verandahs and enjoy the clear, star filled skies.
