Are you dreaming of a farmstay?

Dream Settlers Rest Farmstay, a family-friendly, 14 acre farm right in the heart of the Swan Valley.

Kids will enjoy feeding the friendly farm animals including adorable goats, Molly and Jemima, and sheep and lambs that graze up to the farm fence right in front of the cottage. Kids also love to feed the chickens and collect fresh eggs for breakfast. Alpacas, Ralph and Fred roam the farm's paddocks, along with majestic horses and the adorable cow, Lena.

As soon as you turn the key to enter this turn of the century cottage, you will feel instantly at home.

Full kitchen facilities with separate dining room provide ample space to cook up a treat and relax while enjoying a meal overlooking glorious views.

Three bedrooms amply cater for families. The main bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a double and one single, and the third bedroom has two singles.

The cottage also features full laundry and bathroom facilities.

Swan River frontage with a private jetty adds to the ambience of this magnificent farm. Families are welcome to fish or swim during their stay.

Settlers Rest Farmstay is centrally located for access to the Swan Valley's many restaurants, wineries, cafes, wildlife parks and walking trails, as well as lots more all within a few kilometres' drive of the cottage. There is never a shortage of places to visit!

Families are encouraged to leave their mobile devices behind, disconnect from everyday life and embrace the natural wonders of life on a farm.
