Sandalford Wines' Truffle Kerfuffle

From Manjimup, the heart of Western Australia’s truffle country, to Singapore, Perth and now to our own Swan Valley, the Truffle Kerfuffle festival celebrates one of the world’s most luxurious ingredients.

As part of this year's festival, Sandalford Wines hosts a winter afternoon’s indulgence of fine wines and cuisine featuring delectable Périgord black truffles from Western Australia’s first and finest truffière, Truffle Hill.

Sandalford Wines’ executive chef, Alan Spagnolo leads this gourmet experience with a superb menu designed to showcase the world’s most expensive edible fungi.

Within the relaxed yet refined atmosphere of the beautiful Estate Room, Truffle Hill growers and key event partners will mingle with guests, with live entertainment from the beautiful and talented Ezereve enhancing the mood of conviviality.

On the menu :

  • slow braised beef cheek*
  • creamy polenta*
  • paccheri pasta*
  • carnaroli risotto*
  • valrhona chocolate dessert featuring truffle infused honey

* Each presented with the aroma and theatre of freshly-shaved French black truffle!

The afternoon's offering is created with the valued sponsorship given to the festival event itself by Truffle Hill, Morley Growers, La Delicia Lab, Royal Foods, VenueTechAU and Ezereve/Champagne Duo.
