The range of loose leaf teas on offer is as extensive as it is pretty, from traditional varieties such as English Breakfast and French Earl Grey to a range of florals such as Rose Garden and Devonshire Cream. Mrs Rabbit also serves the Swan Valley's finest, Yahava Coffee.

Browse through the range of locally handmade giftware before relaxing with a tea in the quaint rooms or garden, and indulge in a selection of delicious scones and other sweet treats or sandwiches, all home-made in the little kitchen daily.

A beautiful home-made High Tea experience is available Wednesday to Saturday with pre-reservation and pre-payment essential at least 48 hours in advance.
