The Motor Museum of Western Australia is a treasure trove of auto history and home to meticulously restored displays ranging from a horse-drawn carriage right through to the vehicles of today.
Housed in a purpose-built, two building facility within Whiteman Park, the Museum displays more than 200 vehicles covering a vast array of makes, models and vintages. There is also a large display of motor bikes for the two-wheel inclined.
The pride of all the exhibits is the 2014 Red Bull RB10 racing car owned by Perth Formula One driver, Daniel Ricciardo - the car in which he won his first ever F1 Grand Prix race.
Visitors can view the exhibits at their leisure or join a 45-minute guided tour to hear about the collection in greater detail.
Whether you are a motoring enthusiast or simply interested in local history, you will find something to enjoy in the Motor Museum of Western Australia. And with the vehicles on display changing frequently, the museum is an interesting place to visit time and time again.
