Join the Mondo Nougat team to create your own nougat flavour from a selection of provided ingredients including Australian nuts, chocolate and some surprises.

Get hands-on crafting nougat at the inaugural evening session in the masterclass experience room.

Then, it’s time to relax over a spritz or glass of Swan Valley wine, accompanied by a grazing board using local produce including Morish Nuts.

Each participant will take home a unique nougat flavour. It’s a sweet way to spend an evening in the Swan Valley.
