Mash Brewing boasts a fantastic, locally built craft brewery in the Valley, producing a great range of expertly brewed beers and delectable food.

The multi award-winning beers at Mash Brewing may be seriously good, but this world class, locally-built craft brewery is famous for being anything but serious.

Sit back and watch the brewers create an ever-changing array of naturally brewed beers in a 1200-litre brewing system behind the bar.

The restaurant serves a great range of simple, beer-friendly, mod-oz fare (think delicious choices such as pork belly bites, tacos, bao buns and lemon pepper squid) which changes with the season.

Head brewers Adrian and Craig, together with a team of dedicated and professional staff, have a commitment to quality, a love of what they do and an ongoing desire to push the boundaries of modern brewing.

The venue also caters for a wide range of events from birthday parties and work functions to hen’s/buck’s groups and wedding receptions.

Please note

  • Open daily including public holidays except Christmas Day
