Nestled amongst the beautiful trees of Henley Brook, Two Swans Estate is a new, Indigenous-led destination bringing together food, culture, community and Country.

The Estate operates under the custodianship of the Foundation for Indigenous Sustainable Health (FISH) as a social enterprise focused on providing incredible food while also providing opportunities to train and employ Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in catering and hospitality.

At the heart of the Estate is Maali Café, serving contemporary dishes inspired by Indigenous ingredients and prepared under the guidance of FISH Executive Chef, Daniel Lyndon.

Enjoy wattleseed scrambled eggs, lemon myrtle hollandaise, barramundi risotto, kangaroo 'Yonga' skewers and other Indigenous-inspired dishes.

Don't leave without trying one of Chef Dan's Deadly Donuts, available in chocolate, wattleseed and strawberry.

Take some time to explore the Social Enterprise Store featuring Indigenous books, food, gifts, art and more.

Two Swans Estate is also available for corporate events, conferences, birthdays, private functions and community gatherings, with Indigenous-inspired catering available from Chef Dan.
