Limeburners & Giniversity in the Valley is part of a globally-recognised Western Australian distilling company.

A Swan Valley venue joins the highly-regarded, award-winning Great Southern Distilling family founded by Head Distiller, Cameron Syme, producing premium craft spirits to be savoured.

The range of spirits - including whisky, gin, vodka and liqueurs - is available for tasting and a cocktail menu spans favourites such as the Lady Marmalade, balanced with innovative, new, flavour-rich creations drawn from the award-winning stable of Limeburners and Giniversity products.
