Lancaster Wines

The first thing that strikes you on arrival at Lancaster’s famous outdoor tasting shed is just how picturesque this rustic, friendly venue is.

Set bang-smack in the middle of the vineyard, the sheltered bar offers free wine tastings in a casual, relaxed atmosphere with none of the snobbery or intimidation often associated with wine tasting.

So grab a spot at the bar and try a wide range of premium wines including a shiraz made from some of the oldest vines in the Swan Valley. On offer are various whites and reds along with a sparkling style and a standout sticky shiraz.

Wines are also available by the glass and you can purchase cheese and charcuterie items to enjoy a platter with your drinks. On weekends there's the additional option of oysters!

Tour groups are welcome but bookings are essential. Beautiful vineyard platters can also be organised for your tour and will be served to a table set amongst the old shiraz vines.
