Philipp, originally from Switzerland, bakes Swiss Zopf and unique sweets, including his famous Swiss chocolate bread stick. Marija bakes an array of sourdoughs using a natural starter. There are plain and grain versions, as well as variations with chilli, turmeric and roasted tomatoes.
The family delights in selling free range and farm fresh eggs from their own chooks.
They also make their own products including quince paste, jam, muesli and dehydrated fruits.
Depending on the season, you can also buy garden fresh and locally sourced produce including citrus, figs, potatoes, garlic and leafy greens.
