A beautifully restored heritage building in the heart of Guildford where you can fill your belly with the iconic cheeseburger spring rolls, one of the many burgers, big plates or other bar bites. What the Guildford is really known for though is their smoked meats. Smoked low and slow in the in-house smoker, topped with homemade rubs and bastes and served with seasonal sides.

With her belvedere tower and baroque façade, The Guildford was first built in the 19th century and has been completely restored after being razed by a fire in 2008. Re-opening in 2016, today she features two stories of original exposed brick, repurposed timber, brass finishes and recovered décor throughout.

Enjoy a feast in the courtyard under the retractable roof, after work drinks in the beer garden, a martini on the Chesterfield lounge or a surprise celebration in the Vaudeville Room.

A broad and bold beverage list of beer, cider, wine and specially-crafted concoctions changes regularly, and you can wander in anytime for a drink.

Online bookings can be made for meals.
