This is a 20+ event
Cancellation policy: A) Non-refundable within 7 days of departure.
B) Cancellations made 7 days or more before your scheduled departure will receive a full refund, less any booking fees.
C) Subject to availability, bookings may be rescheduled to another departure during the Entwined event period at no additional charge.
D) Rescheduling after the event: If you choose to reschedule your experience after the Entwined event has concluded, a $150 relocation fee will apply to cover the additional cost of repositioning Claire from Ascot Waters to Guildford.
Weather Policy: A) Your safety and enjoyment are Nauti Picnics' (the operator's) priority. This experience is weather dependent. If, in the opinion of the skipper, conditions are considered unsafe or unsuitable — including high wind gusts, heavy rain, unusually high river levels or tides affecting bridge clearance, or any other adverse weather conditions— the departure may be cancelled.
B) If the operator cancels your booking due to weather, you may choose either a full refund (excluding any non-refundable booking fees) or to reschedule your cruise to another available departure during the Entwined event. The skipper's decision regarding weather and river conditions is final.
