Join the team at the Giniversity campus in the Swan Valley for a specialised Gin Blending Class.

The production of Gin is a beautiful mix of art and science, and this Giniversity Blending Class is where you can share this with other gin-fanatics!

You will take part in an interactive tasting class, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and delve deeper into the wonderful world of gin.

The second half of the class runs through some of the core botanicals and building blocks of a delicious gin recipe, before being invited to experiment and develop your very own bespoke gin blend.

All Giniversity graduates take home a 500ml bottle of their gin, to share with friends and family and reminisce about that time they were a distiller for a day - it’s ‘ginnovation’ at its finest!
