Fazzalari

Driving along the less-visited eastern border of the Swan Valley in the shadow of the Darling Range, one passes house after house surrounded by mature vines, olive trees and the occasional palm tree.

It’s here that Pinot Fazzalari sells two varieties of own-grown virgin olive oil – Kalamata and Corregiola - to customers who come back year after year.

You can usually pick up the oil any day of the week, but it’s always best to call first – Pinot is sometimes away.
