Damaged Goods Distilling Co was founded by Tim Laferla and Pia Papenfuss, a bartender and chef duo on a mission to prove that spirits made with imperfect ingredients don’t have to be anything less than perfect.

Together they're revolutionising the distilling industry with innovative techniques to create world-class spirits from leftover pulps, peels and forgotten produce. They’re not just recreating the spirits you know and love though - these are even better, and you won’t believe they ever came from waste!

Book a table, take a tour, have a taste and see DGDC up close and personal. Knowledgeable staff, including the founders themselves, are on hand to guide you through a tasting, show you how zero-waste spirits are produced and give you some tips on using the same principles at home. And if it’s a production day, you’ll even see the still in action!

Each tasting lasts approximately 45 minutes, and you will get to try each product neat, with a mixer and in miniature cocktail serves for a full immersive experience. The tasting room only has 20 seats, so booking a table is highly recommended to avoid disappointment on the day.
