Collector of Souls

Collector of Souls, the Swan Valley's newest brewery and distillery, is housed within the Valencia Complex in a space that blurs the line between bar and beer garden with a moody, chandelier-lit lounge and a chilled yet atmospheric beer garden shaded by an ancient lemon gum tree.

The venue is home to the Beelzebub Brewing Co range, which pays homage to this mythological demon's rebellious spirit of mischief and temptation.

In addition to beers, the Beelzebub range also features the Framboise Fandango raspberry seltzer, Let Me Go hard lemon, Galileo Figaro ginger beer and Scaramouche apple cider.

For the spirit lovers, there's in-house crafted vodka and gin, including a cheeky pink gin, plus a range of cocktails on tap.
