The venue has been part of the Prnich family for over 70 years, with the family growing both table and wine grapes on the property. The result is a venue capturing the essence of the Swan Valley; the people, the style, the tastes and a traditional 'family' feel.

Barrett Lane is one of Perth’s few BYO function centres, allowing special occasions to remain affordable, as well as enjoyable. As a flexible stand alone venue, Barrett Lane has the flexibility to work with clients to bring their function vision and ideas to life.
