AmberChes Spirits Distillery — a true Swan Valley experience.

This charming distillery is nestled among seven acres of lush grapevines within the beautiful, revitalised former Pandemonium Estate and Swan Valley Gin Company premises.

Amberches' cellar door showcases the distillery's top internationally-awarded gins and liqueurs and is a welcoming place where you can step into the world of artisan spirits and enjoy tastings of AmberChes’ signature gins, 'cellos and liqueurs, surrounded by the charm of the vineyard.

Stay a little longer with a handcrafted cocktail, pizza or cheese board featuring the finest local produce.

For something truly unique, book a Gin Blending or Distilling class and create your very own bespoke gin under expert guidance — a hands-on experience perfect for friends, couples or corporate groups. Further information and booking links can be found via the Explore Masterclasses button on this page, or by emailing events@amberchesdistillery.com.au.
