Swan Valley Explorer Bag Terms and Conditions

Use of the Swan Valley Explorer Passport constitutes acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.

General

• The Explorer Passport is issued by the City of Swan through the Swan Valley Visitor Centre.
• The Passport is valid for 12 months from the date of the official launch date: DD MM YY
• The Passport is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged Passports will not be accepted or replaced.
• The Passport is valid until the expiry date specified within the Passport.
• The expiry date applies regardless of when the Swan Valley Explorer Bag is purchased.
• The expiry date is displayed within the Passport and forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Explorer Passport is part of a pilot initiative and may not be extended or renewed beyond the stated expiry date.

Use of the Passport

• The Passport must be presented at the time of redemption.
• Each participating business offer may be redeemed once per Passport unless otherwise stated.
• Offers are only valid when the official Passport page or tear-off section is presented.
• Photocopies, screenshots, or digital reproductions will not be accepted.

Offers and Redemption

• All offers are provided by independent participating businesses and are subject to their terms and conditions and availability.
• Offers must be redeemed during the participating business’s normal trading hours.
• Additional conditions may apply at individual businesses where clearly stated.
• The City of Swan does not guarantee the availability of any offer at any time.

Participating Businesses

• Participating businesses may change without notice.
• The City of Swan is not responsible for the quality, availability or delivery of goods or services provided by participating businesses.
• The provision of goods and services by the participating businesses are subject to Australian Consumer Law (if applicable).
• Any issues arising from the redemption of an offer must be resolved directly with the participating business.

Limitations

• The Passport cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or offers unless permitted by the participating business.
• The Passport must not be used for resale, promotion, or commercial purposes.
• Misuse of the Passport may result in the refusal of redemption.
• The Passport cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion, or package unless agreed to by the participating business.

Liability

• To the extent permitted by law, the City of Swan and the Swan Valley Visitor Centre accept no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment arising from use of the Passport or participation in any offer.

Amendments

• The City of Swan reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• The most current version will be available via the Explorer Passport landing page.

QR / Digital Component

• The QR code provides access to a digital listing of participating businesses and offers for reference only.
• In the event of any discrepancy, the printed Passport offer will take precedence.
