A Swan Valley venue joins the highly-regarded, award-winning Great Southern Distilling family founded by Master Distiller, Cameron Syme, producing premium craft spirits to be savoured.
Head Chef, Trevor McGill spearheads the 100% gluten-free menu designed by renowned chef, Stuart Laws. A fresh, contemporary offering comprised of shared plates ranging from bread, olives, seafood and meat grazing boards to larger comfort dishes such as fresh pizzas and burgers to help satisfy the taste buds.
The range of spirits - including whisky, gin, vodka and liqueurs - is available for tasting and a cocktail menu will span favourites such as the Lady Marmalade, balanced with innovative, new, flavour-rich creations drawn from the award-winning stable of Limeburners products.
