There has been a roadside stall on this property for over 100 years, and the Sorgiovanni family has run it for over 50 years.
Today, three generations of the family are involved, and it’s highly likely you’ll meet grandma Sorgiovanni sorting and cleaning grapes for sale, or her grandson who serves behind the counter.
The family sells all their own produce including grapes, melons and pumpkins, along with anything else that is excess to their requirements which, on any given day, might include bags of fresh herbs, small purple garlic and four types of figs.
You can also buy freshly bottled olive oil and many dozens of grape varieties spread over the season.
