Pasta in the Valley Masterclass - A Taste of the North

Get hands on and work with Pasta in the Valley's Head Chef, James as he guides you through the techniques of making and cooking gnocchi from scratch.

You'll then have the opportunity to pair your gnocchi with a selection of three tantalising sauces - chilli/garlic prawns, Alla Norma (eggplant) or creamy chicken.

Enjoy your finished creation among the grape vines with a glass of fine vino.
