Ellenbrook and surrounds

Gidgegannup

Gidgegannup is a rural neighbour of the Swan Valley, made up of beautiful native bushland, oodles of fresh air and quiet country charm. The name of the area has Noongar origins, meaning "the place where spears are made". The Indigenous people of the area called it Gidjeejarnup, which later developed into its current name by the influence of white settlers.
