Enjoy some bushtucker

A fascinating Indigenous-based experience at Maalinup Aboriginal Gallery where you can sniff, touch and taste a variety of herbs, spices, peppers and dried fruits, while learning where they grow and how to incorporate them into your cooking. Sample scrumptious sauces, chutneys, jams and marmalades made from Australian native fruits. Finish with a delectable Quondong jam tart and a bush flavoured cake (subject to change).

All the herbs, spices, peppers, dried fruits, sauces and jams are available to purchase. Complimentary recipes are on offer, and recipe and bushtucker books are available to buy.
