Feel like you own your very own winery as you unwind on the deck surrounded by vineyard. This welcoming two bedroom cottage offers everything for the perfect weekend including log fire, spa bath and barbeque on the deck .
A two minute stroll through the vineyard brings you to the acclaimed Upper Reach cellar door and RiverBrook Restaurant & Cafe, where you can relax and share small plates or a platter overlooking the vines.

This fully self-contained historic cottage built in 1907 offers complete privacy in a secret pocket of the Swan Valley surrounded by vineyard, and has been completely refurbished to include everything you need when staying in this home away from home.

With two large bedrooms,each with Queen Beds it’s perfect for two couples or a family with children. A trundle bed can bed available if requested.

Escape the city and in 30 minutes you’ll be relaxing on the deck with a glass of wine, watching the amazing sunsets over the vines. You’ll see the locals going about their day to day work on the vineyard, taste award-winning wines at the Upper Reach cellar door and enjoy a lazy lunch at Riverbrook Restaurant & Cafe, with an all-weather deck overlooking the vines.

Book yourself a personal tour of Upper Reach’s vineyard & winery with a wine appreciation and private tasting. Within a few minutes’ drive of the cottage lie numerous valley attractions including breweries, restaurants and artisan producers of chocolate and cheese. Cook your own meals or enjoy breakfast in Riverbrook Restaurant & Cafe. There is just one Upper Reach Cottage, so you’ll be the only guests on your very own 20 acre vineyard.
