The Colony @ Mandoon Estate offers 32 spacious, luxuriously appointed rooms and suites overlooking a beautiful section of the Swan River and the property’s original verdelho vineyard, planted in 1895.

Choose from a range of layouts, including interconnecting rooms and several wheelchair-friendly ground floor rooms.

The Colony is within a minute’s walk of everything Mandoon has to offer – fine dining at the Wild Swan restaurant, casual meals at the Homestead Brewery Café, The Lawn beer garden and cellar door and the Surveyors Rooms function and events centre for up to 400 people, all overlooking manicured lawns that offer seating and shade for picnics and social gatherings.
