This family home offers a cosy bed, full breakfast and access to a swimming pool, along with a home-cooked dinner on request. Book a room

Hosts Yvonne and Craig, daughter Georgia and their two friendly golden labradors Jackson and Crystal welcome you to the place they call their home. Nivalis is a homestyle bed and breakfast on 10 acres of land in the heart of the Swan Valley, with many of the valley’s icon attractions within walking distance from its door. After you’ve spent the day exploring, take a walk down to the property’s lake, read a book on the patio or relax by the pool with a beautiful Swan Valley wine. Yvonne has over 30 years’ experience in hospitality and owned the award winning Padburys Restaurant in Guildford for 12 years. The tariff includes free WiFi and a traditional cooked and continental breakfast, prepared using local, fresh produce from the Swan Valley. A home-cooked dinner is also available upon request. Guests have access to two communal lounge areas and outdoor seating on the patio and next to the pool. Yvonne goes out of her way to accommodate guests, and is happy to offer free transport to local restaurants when she’s available.
