Mill House Cottage is a quiet, comfortable self-contained home overlooking Ellen Brook. It is fully equipped for groups of up to eight people, is within five minutes’ drive of many Swan Valley attractions and offers spectacular views across the valley to the Darling Range and of the neighbouring historic mill house.

Description

The Barrett-Lennard family have been living on this property for over 100 years, and offer this fully self-contained cottage overlooking Ellen Brook, with abundant birdlife and the occasional kangaroo. For those seeking a quiet rural escape close to wineries, breweries, restaurants and the Swan Valley’s many other attractions, this is the perfect spot. The cottage sleeps up to eight people, six in the main house and two in a separate studio room with its own entrance off the courtyard. Provisions for a self-cooked breakfast are provided to see guests through for a couple of days. A cot and high chair can also be supplied at no extra cost.
