Pandemonium Estate is a modern, boutique producer of table and fortified wines with a Spanish twist. The winery also offers vineyard platters and wood-fired pizzas.
The four-hectare vineyard is sustainably managed with minimal chemical input.
Among Pandemonium's medal-winning white wines are chenin blanc, savignan from the north of Spain and a fresh, sparkling moscato.
All the red wines are aged in oak, bottled for a minimum of three years and sold ready for immediate consumption. Shiraz blends are the go here – the flagship shiraz tempranillo, plus shiraz grenache and shiraz viognier.
Owners Martin Buck and Loraine Donlevy offer tastings, as well as wine by the glass or bottle which you can enjoy as you take in the great views of the Darling Ranges from the back of the tasting shed.
