Within the Pandemonium Estate winery cellar door lies a hidden gem for lovers of dry gin, modelled on the gintonerias of Spain and offering tastings and sales of the company’s award-winning gins.
Made with spirit distilled from Pandemonium Estate wine and flavoured with local fruit and botanicals (think spiced cumquat, strawberry and a classic dry style), these delicious gins can be tasted with ice and, if you wish, tonic.
As well as their popular Diablo range, distillers Martin Buck and Jordan Thomas produce a bunch of seasonal one-offs. These eclectic Distillers Choice gins might include orange and ginger, passionfruit and pepper or saltbush and these, too, are available for tasting.
You can also order a full shot gin and tonic and sip away as you explore the wonderful world of botanicals.
Gin masterclasses and group tastings (maximum 10 people) are also available by prior arrangement.
