For the marquee dinner of the Swan Valley program at this year’s Gourmet Escape, British superstar Marco Pierre White will join the conversation about the past, present and food of the future.

The night, of course, won’t just be about tomorrow. As well as providing food for thought, diners will be treated to an indulgent collaboration between Sittella head chef Mike Price, Marco and his team. This dinner will combine Swan Valley produce and Marco’s signature classical style, all matched with premium Sittella wines.

An event that’s sure to be one of the festival’s hottest tickets.
