Oakover Grounds

Please note, opening days and times may vary, please contact this business before visiting.

Oakover Grounds lies in the heart of the Swan Valley, surrounded by lush lawns, mature trees and the stunning Oakover grapevines.

Enjoy Oakover wines, FiORi coffee, fresh beers from down the road and seasonal food straight from the kitchen.

With the addition of the Swan Valley Market Place in 2020, you can also enjoy a sensory feast for lovers of all things gourmet. Stocking imported and local gourmet ingredients and gifts, anyone can become a member at the Market Place to save over 20% off retail pricing and be included in special offers and exclusive foodie events.

Offering unique views over the lake and all its bird life, the restaurant here is an industrial-style warehouse designed with a casual but eclectic feel, offering tastings, coffees and food along with plenty of places to lounge around and catch up.

If outdoors is your style, relax under the huge, shady trees or laze on the grass anywhere within the grounds.

Help yourself to rainwater from the tank, grab the cricket set for a friendly game, make use of the free paddle boats on the lake or fish for rainbow trout or barramundi in the lake with free equipment hire - you simply pay for each fish you catch.

Oakover Grounds really does it all in the one location with just the right combination of nature, modern industrial design and rustic charm.

The City of Swan acknowledges the Whadjuk (Noongar) people, who are the traditional custodians of this country. We pay respect to their culture, history and their elders past and present.
