Nikola Estate

Please note, opening days and times may vary, please contact this business before visiting.

There is much heritage in the heart of the Swan Valley at Nikola Estate, where the Yukich family have realised a long-held dream by returning the grounds and winery of Swan Location 11 (formerly Houghtons) to WA hands.

With the christening of the winery and grounds in tribute to their grandfather, Nikola, the Yukich family continue their passion and dedication for elegant premium wines and delicious foods.

With considerable experience and an innovative mindset, Nikola Estate is perfectly positioned, both in the heart of the Swan Valley and the local community.

To stay true to their integrity and aspiration, the Yukich family delivers products and services that demonstrate a commitment to genuine West Australian hospitality.

Surrounded by some of Western Australia’s oldest vines, Nikola Estate hosts a cellar door, function spaces, museum and grounds for you to explore, relax and indulge yourself.

Offering a delicious selection of local and European cheeses and cured meats, the Spanish-influenced tapas menu is available on weekends between 12pm and 4pm. The expansive lawn area is draped with jacaranda trees and makes for a picturesque setting to enjoy.
