Cottage Tea Rooms

Please note, opening days and times may vary, please contact this business before visiting.

Freshly made high teas and other gourmet goodies, all available seven days a week, make this family-run cafe just the ticket for those after an old-fashioned tea.

Owner, Sarah Lock and her team also create delicious, home-style light lunches using fresh local produce in a delightfully renovated '50s style cottage – no wonder the tearooms were 2016 finalists in the Savour Australia and Gold Plate awards.

The range of leaf teas on offer is as extensive as it is exotic, from traditional varieties such as English Breakfast and Earl Grey to such exotics as Turkish Delight and China Sencha. If coffee is more your flavour, Sarah also stocks the Swan Valley's finest, Yahava Coffee.

Browse through the diverse collection of homewares, gifts and shabby-chic furnishings before relaxing with a tea or coffee in the quaint tea rooms or garden, and indulge in a selection of delicious home-made scones and other sweet treats.

Bookings for high tea are essential.
