Belvoir Homestead

Please note, opening days and times may vary, please contact this business before visiting.

Scarlett O’Hara, eat your heart out. Belvoir Homestead’s five-metre ceilings, brass chandeliers, sweeping jarrah staircases, grand entrances and full-length French windows give this longstanding function centre an unforgettable Gone with the Wind vibe that few other venues in Perth – or indeed Australia – can match.

On the same site, the property’s enormous amphitheatre is an exceptional space for viewing some of the biggest names on the international touring circuit.

With a licensed capacity for 18,000 people, it has also earned a reputation as a unique outdoor venue – including the Swan Valley’s infamous October Mud Fest, featuring Perth’s craziest, funniest and muddiest mud run.

The property continues to host a variety of music festivals, as well as an array of local and international acts. The team at Belvoir is innovative, dedicated and able to design a very special event that will long be remembered. You are most welcome to make an appointment to view this outstanding venue.

The City of Swan acknowledges the Whadjuk (Noongar) people, who are the traditional custodians of this country. We pay respect to their culture, history and their elders past and present.
