Swan Valley Gift Cards (Gift Cards) are a physical card and cannot be used online or issued as an email voucher.
Gift Cards are subject to the Cards4All Gift Cards Terms and Conditions available on our website.
Your Gift Card will expire 3 years from the date of activation. The date of activation is the date funds are deposited onto the card.
You must activate your gift card within 6 months of the date of purchase. Failure to activate within the 6 month timeframe will void the gift card (applies to posted orders only).
You may place an Order by following the instructions on the website. Your Order will be submitted when you complete your payment details and indicate your acceptance by activating the "Pay and Submit" button. Orders will be deemed to have been received and accepted by us at the time we send an Order confirmation to your nominated e-mail address.
Gift Cards purchased online are delivered without value and will require activation by you. Find out how to activate your gift card here. Details on activating your gift card will also accompany the card.
You may place an Order for up to 10 Gift Cards in one Order. A minimum value of $50 and a maximum of $500 can be loaded on each Gift Card.
Gift cards are subject to a $5.00 processing fee and a $6.00 postage fee (for up to ten cards to one address) sent via registered post. Processing and postage fees are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to not accept Orders. If we are unable to supply your total Order, we will endeavour to contact you to discuss whether you wish to proceed with the part of the Order.
We reserve the right to cancel any Order at any time, without notice, for any reason. We will endeavour to supply you with the Swan Valley Gift Card design you chose at the time of purchase, however gift card designs cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to supply any gift card design.
If you wish to cancel an Order, you must immediately notify us via email@example.com, quoting the order number. Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled. Where possible, we will endeavour to process cancellation requests and provide you with a refund, but we will not be liable, to the extent permitted by law, for any failure to do so.
If your order has not been processed and a cancellation is possible, refund requests must be in writing and be accompanied by the following proof of purchase documents and information:
- Original tax receipt; and
- The credit card statement showing the transaction; and
- The BSB and account number of the account you wish the refund to be paid to (refunds cannot be refunded back onto a credit card).
Please note that we are not responsible for proving your purchase. You must supply all the proof of purchase documents and information, which are required to be validated by Swan Valley Visitor Centre.
You acknowledge that the internet can be an unstable and, sometimes, insecure marketplace. At times the website may not be available, Orders may not be processed or may not be accepted for reasons beyond our control. In these circumstances we accept no responsibility to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information you transmit, or a person on your behalf transmits, to us. Accordingly, any information which you transmit to us, including your credit card details, is transmitted at your own risk and we are not responsible while such information is in transit. The Australian Government has published additional information about protecting yourself in online transactions (this website is not operated by us).
Swan Valley Visitor Centre will send an email confirmation when your order has been processed and is ready for collection and/or has been sent via registered post. This email will also carry any relevant tracking numbers for your gift card/s.
How to redeem your gift card
Step 1: Swipe your card through the eftpos terminal.
Step 2: Select “Savings”.
Step 3: Enter the PIN which is on the back of the card.
Step 4: Press OK.
Note: If the purchase amount is greater than the value of the card you will need to split payment across two payment methods. In this instance you would only enter the value on the card.

Collecting your gift card/s
If you request to pick up your gift card from the Swan Valley Visitor Centre, an email will be sent to you with further information on when and where to collect your card(s).
You will need Photographic ID and the gift card/s confirmation email of your order and the receipt number to be able to collect your card(s). Only the purchaser can collect the card/s.
Your card will be held at the Swan Valley Visitor Centre for collection for three (3) months from date of purchase.
Activating your gift card/s
Gift Cards purchased online and sent via registered post are delivered without value and will require activation by you. Details on activating your gift card will accompany the card. You can also find out how to activate your gift card here. Upon activation funds can take up to 10 business days before they are available for use.

Gift Cards are only available for delivery within Australia. All Orders are delivered via registered post by Australia Post to a nominated residential or business address. Gift Cards cannot be delivered to a P.O Box or Locked Bag address. Australia Post are sub-contracted to us for carrying out delivery of Gift Cards ordered online. Any issues regarding delivery of Gift Cards should be referred to the Swan Valley Visitor Centre by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
We will endeavour to deliver your Gift Card within the recommended time frame outlined on the website during the ordering process. You acknowledge that we cannot guarantee on time delivery and delays may occur.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you or anyone else for any losses suffered or incurred due to delay in delivery or for any lost or misdirected Gift Cards, including any Gift Cards lost or misdirected in the mail where the incorrect delivery is provided at the time of purchase.
