Food and Wine Trail

The award-winning Swan Valley Food and Wine Trail (PDF 861KB) features more than 90 wineries, breweries, cafes and restaurants, as well as more than 50 seasonal produce stalls.

The loop trail is well sign-posted and works in conjunction with the Swan Valley guide and maps, which are available from the Swan Valley Visitor Centre in Guildford and is designed to help you plan you own unique food and wine experience.

If it's been a while since you've visited the Swan Valley, we think you're going to be pleasantly surprised by the abundance of food and wine options now available.  Many of the valley's winery cafes offer food and wine matching options - just the thing for those planning to taste their way around the region.

If you prefer a beer with your meal, there are some fantastic boutique breweries on the trail where you can enjoy a wide range of ales together with your choice of food.

If it's fresh produce you're after, watch out for our special chalkboards.  These let you know when any of the valley's famous roadside stalls have something in season and locally grown for sale.

Remember too, that the valley's major attractions stay open seven days a week and are only 25 minutes' drive from the city.  No wonder we're known as "Perth's Valley of Taste".

A Food and Wine Trail guide has been produced to support the trail. For a copy contact the Swan Valley Visitor Centre Tel: (08) 9379 9400 or email: visitorcentre@swan.wa.gov.au - remember we are open seven days.

The Swan Valley Food and Wine Trail was established as a joint venture between the City of Swan, Tourism Western Australia, the Swan Valley Food Group and Swan Valley Tourism Council.
