Reaching the region is extremely straight-forward. From the international terminal, turn right onto the Tonkin Highway , exit at Great Eastern Highway, then follow the directions given below. From the domestic terminal, turn right onto Great Eastern Highway, look out for the Swan Valley Drive signs, turn right at James Street, then left into Meadow Street. On arrival we recommend you visit the Swan Valley Visitor Centre where our friendly staff can provide you with maps and helpful advice.

Bike

At least one local operator offers a cycling tour of the valley. If you’d prefer to hire a bike privately and do your own thing, you can obtain a list of bike hire companies from the

Swan Valley  Visitor Centre in Guildford. It's recommended that you hire bicycles from the City and take the train to Guildford. Note: there is a restriction on public transport during peak times with carrying bicycles.  The visitor centre also has information on the new Swan Valley Cycle Trail
