A great range of Jarrah Ridge wines are available from the cellar door where visitors can purchase good quality wines at a reasonable price.

Established in 1996, Syd and Julie Pond first planted Chenin Blanc and Shiraz on their beautiful Chittering Valley property. Together with the help of daughter Lisa they have established a contemporary Cellar Door facility in the heart of the Swan Valley. The Cellar Door, located on Great Northern Highway, Herne Hill, is set on a picturesque 5 acres with rolling manicured lawns amongst some of the oldest vines in the Swan Valley. Entering the Cellar Door you are greeted by a warm, friendly and relaxed atmosphere in which current and past vintage wines are offered for sampling along with produce which has been estate grown.

Jarrah Ridge has a history of outstanding wine show results, the 2003 vintages of Chenin Blanc and Shiraz were awarded an outstanding total of 13 medals. The awards have continued and most recently in 2009/ 2010 just to list a few, Winestate magazine awarded the 2005 Reserve Shiraz five star rating, Sparkling Shiraz NV 4½ stars and the2009 Milly Mily Shiraz, 2008 Reserve Shiraz and 2009 Reserve Shiraz Viognier 3½ stars. With the addition of more wines including a Sparkling Zinfandel, Chenin and Shiraz, all traditional Methode Champenoise, Jarrah Ridge is set to continue a strong growth in the Australian and International wine market in the coming years.
