Cape Lavender Swan Valley opened in July 2009, 200 metres from The Margaret River Chocolate Company in the heart of the tourist trail. Our beautiful gift shop is brimming with our totally natural hand-made products and lavender themed gifts for health, harmony and healing.For centuries people have used lavender to relax, soothe and heal. Lavender promotes beauty, health and well-being through most of the body’s senses; Sight, Touch, Taste and Smell. Of all the essential oils, lavender is the most versatile and one of the only essential oils that can be used un-diluted on the skin. Lavender is widely used in aromatherapy to ease tension, tiredness and lethargy and its gentle yet powerful healing properties allow it to be used for a wide variety of treatments.You are most welcome to come and try our lavender products for yourself or sample our chef’s own jams, chutneys, honey and preserves as well as taste our unique lavender and estate wines which you can then enjoy with your lunch.The original Cape Lavender restaurant in Margaret River is the winner of 6 Gold Plate Awards and we are proud to bring our dining experience to the Swan Valley. We serve gourmet platters, mouth watering home cooked lunches and of course our famous freshly baked lavender scones, jam and lashings of cream. You can also enjoy a traditional 3 tier high tea with a glass of sparkling rose whilst enjoying the views across the fields to the Perth Hills.
