The Swan Valley Visitor Centre values its visitors and strives to provide a high standard of service at all times.
We're pleased to offer assistance for our non‐English speaking visitors through the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS), who provide language interpreting and translation services, in more than 120 languages and dialects.
All you need to do is contact TIS (charges apply) on 13 14 50 (within Australia) and ask them to contact the Swan Valley Visitor Centre on +61 8 9379 9400 on your behalf. TIS will coordinate a three‐way telephone conversation, where a Swan Valley Visitor Centre staff member will be able to provide you with information on anything in and around the Swan Valley through the interpreter.
The Swan Valley Visitor Centre is open from 9am to 4pm daily (closed Christmas Day).
