Two of Western Australia's best distilleries can be found in the Swan Valley. The Great Northern Distillery is home to the award-winning Canefire Rum, which is brewed longer than any other spirit using sugar and doesn't taste as harsh as rum made from molasses. Vodka, liqueurs, cocktails, unique syrup mixers and a small selection of fortified wines are also available for purchase.
The Wild Swan Distilling Company first opened in 2002. Here you can sample a unique range of vodkas infused with flavours ranging from green tea, to chilli, coffee and lemon myrtle an Australian native. Wild Swan also produce whisky, rum, brandy and gin.
