The Punk Princess of Pastry, Anna Polyviou, headlined this year's Entwined in the Valley seven-course degustation dinner, held on Sunday November 6, 2016.
Renowned for inventing an array of whimsical dessert masterpieces, including her signature spherical explosion 'Anna’s Mess', this gifted and charismatic chef worked her magic over two glorious courses during the evening.
Esteemed local chefs Hadleigh Troy of Restaurant Amusé and Kiren Mainwaring of Co-Op Dining prepared two dishes each using premium local produce foraged from the Swan Valley. Michael Hartnell of Mandoon Estate treated guests to a tantalising canapé course.
Ray Jordan, seasoned wine writer and aficionado, talked guests through the award winning wine selection from the 2016 Singapore Airlines Swan Valley Wine Show, while much loved local chef and Humane Food Region ambassador Caroline Taylor took MC duties for the event.
