Entwined in the Valley

This year, Entwined in the Valley is reimagined.

We’re celebrating the place that is rich in soil, sun and natural beauty, and home to some of the oldest vines in Western Australia. The place that houses rustic brew houses, grass-roots harvest sheds and state-of-the art vineyards all in one.

We’re celebrating the home grown and authentic produce. Artisan wares crafted from traditional recipes and generations of experience, and sun-ripened fresh fruit and veg available around the year.

We’re celebrating our people. The friendly and inspiring locals, third-generation winemakers, brewers, chefs, fine artists and sculptors who have all laid their foundations right here on our doorstep.

Over one long weekend in October, we are celebrating everything Swan Valley. This signature weekend is flourishing with food, wine, art, culture, music and comedy. Events will be popping up all over the region, giving you the chance to meet the makers, learn from the masters and experience the Swan Valley way of life.

Masterclasses are intimate, unique opportunities to learn from our local craftsmen, and a number of them will be run over the course of the weekend. Discover the art of making a French macaron, taste the perfect chocolate and wine pair, prepare asparagus all the way from earth to plate, become a seasoned winemaker for a day, or try your hand at painting with a glass of red in hand.

Foodies will be inspired by a decadent degustation, long-table grazes, barbeques, and tastings. Those with a penchant for beautiful wine, beer and cider will have many opportunities to quench the palate. Fun-seekers can kick back and watch a flick under the stars, enter a cider-making competition, relax with a beer at a comedy show, soak in the vibes at a jazz music festival and much more.

Entwined in the Valley will kick off on Thursday October 12, and will run through to Sunday October 15, 2017.
